FRANCIACORTA Racetrack Vinyl-Cut Decal

Material and finish

• Precision-cut decal made from high-performance vinyl.
• According to the vinyl manufacturer, the vinyl has a durability of at least seven years.
• Choose from the available colours; neon colours carry an additional charge.

Choose your size and calculate the price

Make your sticker your own: enter your preferred width in centimetres (cm) and choose your colour. We make your decal individually to match your choices and supply it in the size and colour you ordered. The height adjusts proportionally to the design; the displayed height is approximate and subject to a tolerance. The price is calculated automatically from your entries.

The minimum width available for this design is specified in the configurator. Your decal is made to the measurements you enter.

What is included

The decal is supplied with transfer film.

Application and installation

For a vinyl-cut decal, the design is cut from the vinyl. Once applied and the transfer film removed, the design or individual letters remain on the surface. Dry or wet application is possible.

Follow these steps for dry application:

1. Prepare the surface: Clean the bonding area thoroughly. It must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease, wax and silicone. Use a cleaner suitable for the surface and allow it to evaporate completely.
2. Choose the position: Position the decal with its backing paper still attached and check the alignment and available space.
3. Remove the backing paper: Place the decal face down on a clean, flat surface. Carefully peel away the backing paper. For vinyl-cut decals, all parts of the design must remain attached to the transfer film.
4. Apply the design: Place the decal in the chosen position and use a suitable squeegee to press it down gradually from the centre outwards. Avoid creases and do not stretch the design.
5. Remove the transfer film: Slowly peel the transfer film back at a low angle along the surface. If part of the design lifts with it, lay the film back down and press that area again.
6. Check the result: Inspect the design and gently press down the edges.

For wet application, carefully squeegee out the liquid beneath the design. Remove the transfer film only once the design has bonded sufficiently to the surface.

Check beforehand that the vinyl is suitable for the surface. Painted surfaces must be fully cured.
