CFMoto 675 SR-R Decal Kit in Fluo Yellow ASPAR Racing Design
Suitable for the CFMoto 675 SR-R from model year 2025 onwards
Developed and tested on the original motorcycle
This motorcycle decal kit was developed by 4moto specifically for the CFMoto 675 SR-R. The handcrafted cutting templates were applied directly to the original motorcycle and checked for a precise fit.
The product images shown include actual vehicle photos as well as some simulations and digital renderings.
As our cutting templates are largely made by hand, minor tolerances cannot be completely ruled out.

Installation Tips for the Best Result
Preparing the Motorcycle
- Thoroughly clean and completely degrease the fairing parts to which the decals will be applied.
- Completely remove polishes, waxes, silicones, and other care products.
- Remove screws, accessories, or fairing parts if they obstruct installation.
- Before installation, identify all decal pieces using the positioning plan and test-fit them.
Workspace and Temperature
- Work in a clean, dry, and preferably dust-free environment.
- The recommended application temperature is between 18 and 25 °C.
- The motorcycle and the decal vinyl should have reached room temperature before installation.
- Do not work in direct sunlight or on a very warm fairing.
Positioning and Application
- First check the position of the decal piece without removing the backing paper.
- Peel off the backing paper gradually; do not remove it completely at once.
- Apply the vinyl with even squeegee strokes from the center outwards.
- Use the adhesive's air channels and carefully push trapped air towards the edge.
- Whenever possible, install large decal pieces with two people.
Curves, Edges, and Recesses
- Carefully warm strongly curved areas with a hair dryer or heat gun.
- Distribute the heat evenly and keep sufficient distance from the vinyl.
- Stretch the vinyl only as much as necessary for adjustment.
- Avoid excessive stretching, as this can distort the design and reduce adhesive strength.
- After positioning, warm edges, grooves, and recesses again and press them down carefully.
After Installation
- Carefully check all edges and transitions for complete adhesion.
- After installation, keep the motorcycle dry and preferably at room temperature for at least 24 hours.
- During this time, do not ride the motorcycle or expose it to rain or washing.
- When cleaning later, do not aim a pressure washer directly at the vinyl edges.
What Is Digital Printing?
The Printing Process
In digital printing, the desired design is printed directly onto self-adhesive vinyl using specialized printing machines. The process is particularly suitable for multicolored designs, color gradients, shading, photorealistic images, and complex logos.
Contour Cutting
After printing, the individual decal pieces are machine-cut along their outer contours. This allows even complex shapes to be produced to fit the respective motorcycle fairing.
Protective Laminate
The printed vinyl is then sealed with a transparent UV protective laminate. This protects the print from sunlight, moisture, dirt, fuel splashes, and mechanical wear.
The laminate also determines the decal's surface finish: depending on your selection, the decal kit is supplied with a gloss or matte finish.
What Is a Cut Vinyl Graphic?
Cut from Vinyl Instead of Printed
With a cut vinyl graphic, the design is not printed onto vinyl. Instead, a cutting plotter cuts lettering, logos, or shapes directly from pre-colored, usually single-color self-adhesive vinyl.
Weeding and Transferring
After cutting, all unnecessary vinyl pieces are removed by hand. This step is known as weeding. Application tape is then applied to the design.
The application tape holds individual letters and design elements in their intended positions. After application, it is peeled away again so that only the actual vinyl graphic remains on the surface.
Applications
Cut vinyl graphics are particularly suitable for single-color lettering, racing numbers, logos, and simple graphic designs. Depending on the vinyl used, they can be applied dry or wet.
