There's a catch on how you attach the sticker onto the wheel. If you try to detach/re-attach to correct the positioning, most likely the sticker will be stretched. The exra material will leave a very, very ugly cringe at the end of application...
One option is to apply some water&detergent mixture on the side of the wheels first so you can adjust the sticker position without stretching them.
